 This Privacy Policy describes how yourpersonal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make apurchase from (the “Site”). 


When you purchase something from our store, as partof the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you giveus such as your name, address and email address.When you browse our store, wealso automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address inorder to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser andoperating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With yourpermission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and otherupdates. 

When you visit the Site, we automatically collectcertain information about your device, including information about your webbrowser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed onyour device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information aboutthe individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or searchterms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with theSite. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide uswith the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products andservices to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databasesand the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure serverbehind a firewall. 


If you choose a direct payment gateway to completeyour purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encryptedthrough the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Yourpurchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to completeyour purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transactioninformation is deleted.All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards setby PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a jointeffort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

3. We collect Device Information using thefollowing technologies: 

- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on yourdevice or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For moreinformation about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit 

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site,and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet serviceprovider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. 

- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” areelectronic files used to record information about how you browse theSite. 


Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt tomake a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you,including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information(including credit card numbers (Visa, MC, AMEX, Paypal, Shopify Pay andothers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as“Order Information”. 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in thisPrivacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and OrderInformation. 



We use the Order Information that we collectgenerally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processingyour payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you withinvoices and/or order confirmations). As part of that sale or transfer,you consent to Oral-Facial Advantage disclosing your personal information tothe acquiring organization, and Oral-Facial Advantage agrees to use itsreasonable efforts to require the acquiring organization to agree to protectthe privacy of your personal information in a manner consistent with theseTerms. Oral-Facial Advantage has no liability for the acquiring organization’suse and disclosure of your personal information. Without limiting thegenerality of the foregoing, you hereby consent to us transferring or assigningall your information, without notification, pursuant to a merger, sale,reorganization, purchase or other transaction in relation to Oral-Facial Advantage.
