I've spent years helping people through dental care and education, but becoming a mother gave me a whole new perspective on what it means to need support.
After working in a practice that performed infant lip and tongue tie releases, I thought I understood the challenges families faced. Then I experienced breastfeeding difficulties with my own daughter. Suddenly, I understood those worries from the other side.
That experience inspired me to deepen my training in infant feeding and tongue tie support, alongside my work in myofunctional therapy. As a registered dental hygienist and DONA-trained doula, I bring both clinical knowledge and personal understanding to the families and individuals I care for.
Whether we're working on feeding, muscle function, or lifelong habits, I want you to feel heard, understand your options, and know we're working toward something better together.
Outside the clinic, life is full of adventures with my daughter and our Bernedoodle, Bodey. And when I get the chance, you'll find me scuba diving among the shipwrecks of the St. Lawrence River!
